Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly in Ontario is hiring for a fast-paced warehouse role where you will unload trailers, verify freight against manifests, and feed sort lines using handheld devices. You will sort and scan parcels, lift pallets, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

We offer a flexible schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week and a team-focused culture that values reliability and speed in a busy logistics hub on site in Toronto.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds (23 kg) and stand for long periods.
• Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment safely and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Unload freight manually into conveyors.
• Operate jacks to organize, receive shipments, and feed sort lines.
• Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan.
• Lift and transport pallets; ensure safety and housekeeping.
• Complete tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Core Duties

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Unload freight manually into manual and powered conveyors
• Use power/ manual jacks to organize, receive shipments, and feed the sort lines. (Mandatory training, certify)
• Organize the sort setup as per the sort plan.
• Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan.
• Operate technology and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Place packages in designated areas for the delivery or Linehaul team. (Hub and Stations)
• Stage the sorted freight in the designated load out area as per the station layout
• Complete related tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages. (Hub and Middle Mile)
• Validate the scanned and sorted freight to ensure sorting efficiency (reduce the mis-sorts).
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections.
• Lift up to50pounds / 23 kg.
• Other duties as assigned
