Job summary

Intelcom | Dragonfly is seeking team members for a fast-paced warehouse environment in Belleville, Ontario. You will unload, sort, and scan parcels, operate jacks and handheld devices, and ensure accurate sorting according to the plan.

The role requires physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, willingness to work a minimum of 3 days per week, and teamwork in a dynamic setting. Competitive hourly wages are offered.

Responsibilities

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests.
• Unload freight into conveyors and organize for sort lines.
• Operate jacks to move pallets and feed the sort lines.
• Sort, scan, and stage packages according to the sort plan.
• Handle parcels using handheld devices and validate scans.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety inspections, and general warehouse duties.

Salary Range $20.35 - $22.48.

Core Duties:

• Unload trailers and verify freight against manifests
• Unload freight manually into manual and powered conveyors
• Use power/ manual jacks to organize, receive shipments, and feed the sort lines. (Mandatory training, certify)
• Organize the sort setup as per the sort plan.
• Sort, scan, and handle parcels according to the sort plan.
• Operate technology and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Place packages in designated areas for the delivery or Linehaul team. (Hub and Stations)
• Stage the sorted freight in the designated load out area as per the station layout
• Complete related tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages. (Hub and Middle Mile)
• Validate the scanned and sorted freight to ensure sorting efficiency (reduce the mis-sorts).
• Perform cleaning, housekeeping, and safety inspections.
• Lift up to50pounds / 23 kg.
• Other duties as assigned
