Job summary

FedEx Group in the Toronto area is seeking a Package Handler to load and unload freight, scan and sort within the facility, and transport freight between sites.

The role includes training other Package Handlers on loading, unloading, palletizing, and scanning to ensure efficient and safe movement of packages. A high school diploma or GED and six months of experience are preferred, along with a valid G license and the ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Six months of experience as a Package Handler preferred.
• FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations preferred.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Must possess a valid G license and have a good driving record.
