Job summary

FedEx Canada is hiring for a part-time Package Handler trainer to load and unload freight, scan and sort items, and move freight between locations. You will guide fellow Package Handlers on proper loading, unloading, palletizing and scanning techniques to maintain efficient, safe operations.

A valid G license with a clean driving record is required. Residing in Canada, you may work on varied shifts; the role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (Preferred).
• Six (6) months of experience as a Package Handler preferred.
• FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations - (Preferred).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to lift 70 lbs & maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment.
• Must possess a valid G license & have a good driving record.

Responsibilities

Trains other Package Handlers (PHs) on loading, unloading, palletizing, and scanning techniques in order to ensure efficient and safe movement of packages through the operation.
