UPS Fort Erie is seeking a physically capable team member to load, unload, and sort shipments. The role may involve operating heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment, with strict safety standards.

You will learn UPS package handling methods and contribute to accurate receiving, shipping and stocking of packages. We offer full training, health and dental benefits, pension and group insurance, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifikationen

• Read and memorize postal codes
• Available to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week Monday to Friday
• Scheduled Shift: DAY shift can start between 1:00 & 1:30 P.M. (3 hours guaranteed)

Job Summary

This position is responsible for loading, unloading, shipping, receiving, scanning, sorting, and stocking packages. This position may utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks. This position performs other tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

• Learns and properly executes UPS package handling methods.
• Loads and unloads UPS packages into trailers or package cars.

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Ability to read and memorize postal codes
• Availability to work flexible shift hour s, up to 5 days per week Monday to Friday
• Scheduled Shift: DAY shift can start between 1:00 & 1:30 P.M. (3 hours guaranteed)
