Job summary

FedEx Canada in Mississauga is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee Pick-Up and Delivery operations within the station to meet service objectives and to manage warehouse and ramp operations for optimal efficiency.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, four years of FedEx or industry experience, proficiency in MS Office, a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. The position is based in Mississauga and will involve shift work.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Must currently be a member of FedEx management or LEAP/EXCEL endorsed.
• Ability to lift 70 Lbs. and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs. with appropriate equipment.

Responsibilities

• To supervise, coordinate and control Pick-Up and Delivery Operations within the service area of the station to achieve maximum service objectives.
• To supervise, coordinate and control warehouse and ramp operations to achieve maximum service objectives.
