Job summary

A leading engineering firm is seeking an Owner’s Engineering Lead to oversee the implementation of a system replacement project in Kincardine. This role requires substantial governance, a strong understanding of project objectives, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders. Ideal candidates will have significant experience, preferably within the nuclear industry, and must be eligible for security clearances. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience for Intermediate Level.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience for Senior Level.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain applicable security clearances.

Responsibilities

• Oversight and governance of the System Integrator.
• Lead and manage a decision-making sub-committee.
• Plan and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support the preparation and delivery of governance updates.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive transition strategy.
