Harv Wilkening Transport Ltd. is seeking Independent Contractors for our LCV Fleet domiciled in AB and SK, with Open Dispatch, 10 days on and up to 4 days off. We offer steady year-round work and a safety-first culture.

Responsibilities include pickup and delivery of freight, handling freight documents, and performing pre-trip/post-trip inspections; professional communication with customers, and adherence to safety programs. Must own your own truck and have LCV experience.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1A driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years verifiable truck driving experience.
• Must own a truck (5 years or newer).
• LCV experience.
• Ability to drive in all terrains.
• Experience with heaters and reefers.
• Professional appearance and good hygiene.
• Safe driving record verified by a current driver's abstract.
• Ability to perform all duties without restriction.

Responsibilities

• Pickup and delivery of freight in a safe and efficient manner.
• Handle freight and freight documents.
• Perform Pre-trip, post-trip inspections and preventative maintenance checks.
• Professional communication with customers.
• Ensure 100% compliance with safety.
• Perform all other duties as requested.
