Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Saskatoon is seeking an Overnight Task Team Outfitter to support the store's overnight operations by reducing non-selling tasks for Sales Outfitters and enabling superior customer service and selling opportunities.

You will handle replenishment, inventory counts, price changes, merchandising, planogram execution, and omni fulfillment during peak times, while delivering a friendly shopping experience and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual merchandising preferred.
• Ability to identify and replenish out of stock inventory.
• Available to work overnight shifts.
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops and Cabela’s products is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conducts general replenishment for all areas including Fishing, Hunting, Camping, Marine/Water Sports, Apparel, Footwear, Hunt Clothing and Gifts.
• Supports inventory management in partnership with the Inventory Control team by completing on demand counts, empty peg scanning, display integrities, etc.
• Performs temporary and permanent price change execution including tagging, signage and inventory adjustment review.
• Performs recovery tasks across departments including folding, repackaging, sorting, facing and re-hanging.
• Supports visual merchandising for assigned areas including fixture replacement, updating signage, updating end caps, visual merchandising directives, floor moves and mannequin dressing, prep and setup of merchandise for ads and perform resets for assigned departments when required.
• Support planogram execution and maintenance through all hardlines departments.
• Supports OMNI fulfillment during peak business.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and ensures a pleasant shopping experience for all customers.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
