Job summary

Walmart Yorkton is seeking an Associate to support store operations by unloading trailers, stocking shelves, and preparing the sales floor for opening. You will work as part of a team to label, merchandize, and place merchandise in backroom stock bins in a safe, clean environment.

This role emphasizes accurate labeling and backroom stocking, with duties including pulling pallets to the floor for processing and assisting customers with service as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to assist in stocking, merchandising and floor preparation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening.
• Set, merchandise and sign features.
• Complete live unloading of merchandise.
• Label and place merchandise in backroom bins/stocking.
• Pull pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Assist in stocking the sales floor and provide customer service as needed.
• Label the sales floor for store opening.
• Contribute to a safe, clean environment by following policy and safety logs.
