Covenant House Toronto is seeking an Overnight Shift Supervisor to lead the residential care team in a shelter for youth. The role runs 10:30pm–8:30am and focuses on safety, care, and program implementation.
You will supervise staff, coordinate trainings, and manage shifts, intakes, and discharges while applying trauma-informed care principles to support youth.

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for direct implementation of Covenant House's philosophy, mission statement and policies as they pertain to residential care

This role is a awake overnight position working from 10:30pm to 8:30am
