Job summary

SE Health’s Elizz team is hiring Part-Time PSWs in Windsor and surrounding areas to deliver compassionate, client-centered home care. You’ll work with a supportive team to provide personalized care, maintain safety, and support clients in the community.

Eligible applicants include PSW-certified professionals, RN/RPN, nursing students with clinical placements, or internationally trained nurses. Overnight/weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Valid Certificate as a Personal Support Worker (PSW).
• RN or RPN.
• Nursing student (2 clinical placements completed).
• International trained nurse.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to clients in the community.
