  • Keep the Produce Area Organized and Ready: keep the produce department clean, organized, and neatly zoned for customers at all times.
  • Check Product Quality and Freshness: rotate products and remove expired items to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing: ensure proper pricing, signing, and signage following procedures.
  • Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Standards: follow food safety, sanitation, and cold chain procedures, including temperature checks and proper handling.
  • Stock Merchandise and Set Displays: stock and downstock merchandise, set modulars, and keep the department fully stocked.
  • Follow Health and Safety Guidelines: adhere to health and safety policies to maintain a safe, clean workplace.

What you'll do
  • Keep the Produce Area Organized and Ready Keeps the produce department clean, organized, and neatly zoned so it is ready for customers at all times.
  • Check Product Quality and Freshness Rotates products regularly and removes expired items to ensure freshness and quality.
  • Ensure Accurate Pricing and Signing Makes sure all produce is correctly priced and signed, following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups and markdowns, labels, and signage.
  • Follow Food Safety and Cold Chain Standards Follows food safety, sanitation, and cold chain procedures, including temperature checks, thermometer use, proper food handling, and compliance with sell by and expiration dates.
  • Stock Merchandise and Set Displays Stocks and downstocks merchandise as needed, applies product protection when required, and sets modulars, including flex modulars and shelf caps, to keep the department fully stocked.
  • Follow Health and Safety Guidelines Follows all Health and Safety policies to help maintain a safe and clean work environment.

  • Be open to working a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs. Your adaptability helps ensure the store runs smoothly and customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

  • Performs repetitive tasks such as stocking, zoning, and organizing products with attention to detail and consistency to uphold store standards.
