Job summary

Walmart Canada Corp in Concord, Ontario is seeking an Associate to support store operations by unloading trailers, moving pallets to the floor, stocking merchandise and preparing the sales floor for opening.

You will work as part of a team, labeling, signing features, and assisting customers while maintaining a safe, clean environment and adhering to company policies. The position starts at 17.75 CAD per hour.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the sales floor for store opening
• Setting, merchandising and signing features
• Completing live unloading of other types of merchandise
• The main differentiator between this role and day/evening fulfillment is there is a stronger emphasis on labelling and placing merchandise in the backroom bins/stocking
• Pulling pallets of merchandise to and from the sales floor for overnight processing
• Assisting in stocking the sales floor as assigned and providing customer service if necessary
• Label the sales floor for store opening
• Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence toCompany policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweep logs and ensuring displays and fixtures are secure
