Job summary

Walmart Canada in Victoria, BC is seeking an Associate to provide customer service by unloading and stocking merchandise and preparing the sales floor for store operations. You will work as part of a team to execute tasks efficiently while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

Primary duties include loading/unloading pallets, labeling and merchandising, and assisting customers as needed to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Age 16 or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the sales floor for store opening.
• Set, merchandise and sign features.
• Unload trailers and assist in processing merchandise.
• Label and stock merchandise in backroom bins.
• Move pallets to/from the sales floor for overnight processing.
• Stock the sales floor and assist customers when needed.
• Label the sales floor for store opening.
• Maintain a safe, clean, hazard-free environment per policy.
