Job summary

McDonald's Canada in Canmore is seeking a proactive Maintenance team member. You will help keep guests and crew safe by maintaining a clean, functional restaurant environment and supporting day-to-night operations.

Expect hands-on troubleshooting, equipment repair, and collaboration with shift leaders to prioritize tasks. We offer training and growth in a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be trustworthy and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure work environment for guests, coworkers, and yourself, leveraging your knowledge of safety regulations and equipment.
• Multi-tasking in between troubleshooting, tending to store areas and appliances during your shift, and repairing décor and equipment, whether it’s during the day or throughout the night.
• Managing priorities, staying organized, and keeping on top of the various tasks with limited supervision.
