Job summary

McDonald’s Canada is hiring crew members to greet guests, take orders, and process payments in a fast-paced, friendly team environment. You may work in the kitchen, Drive-Thru, or front counter, helping deliver an exceptional guest experience across all shifts, including overnight.

No experience is required, but prior food service or retail experience is appreciated. We value authenticity and inclusivity in our workplaces.

• No experience needed; previous experience in food service or retail (barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative) is helpful.
