• Maintain Department Organization and Standards: Keep the Dairy/Frozen department clean, organized, and properly zoned to be customer-ready at all times.
• Stock Rotation and Product Quality: Rotate merchandise regularly and check for expired products to maintain freshness and quality standards.
• Pricing, Signing, and Inventory Accuracy: Ensure merchandise is accurately signed and priced; follow procedures for ordering, clearance, markups, markdowns, signing, labeling.
• Cold Chain, Food Safety, and Sanitation: Adhere to cold chain and food safety standards, including temperature checks, thermometer calibration, proper handling, dates, and sanitation.
• Merchandising and Feature Maintenance: Maintain department features to support merchandising standards and promotional execution.
• Safety, Cleanliness, and Compliance: Keep a neat, clean, hazard-free work area per policies and safety guidelines.
• Flexibility: Be open to evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
