Role Summary

General Laborer – support manufacturing operations and contribute to maintaining a safe, clean work environment across the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move raw materials and finished products.
• Break down and dispose of packaging materials, including wooden crates.
• Wrap chillers and prepare products for shipment.
• Empty garbage and recycling bins regularly.
• Operate basic machinery and tools in accordance with safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Operate overhead cranes and forklifts safely (with certification).
• Follow 6S standards to ensure a clean, organized, and safe workplace.
• Follow supervisor instructions and production schedules.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet daily production targets.
• Be available to work occasional overtime.
