About

We are hiring Outside Sales Representatives in the Greater Toronto Area to promote and sell food packaging and perishable goods, including plastic bags, takeout containers, vegetables, fruits, and meats to restaurants. This is a field‑based sales role, requiring in‑person visits to potential clients with a focus on converting leads into active accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit non‑client restaurants to initiate sales opportunities and promote product offerings and sell company products and services to prospective clients.
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective restaurant clients to introduce products and schedule in‑person meetings.
  • Accurately log all visits and sales activity using our internal app, Lark.
  • Track performance metrics and maintain consistent communication with the team.
  • Build strong, ongoing relationships with new restaurant clients.
Schedule
  • Working hours: 7 hours/day
  • Days per week: 5 (Monday to Friday)
  • Pay period: Bi‑Weekly (after calculating base pay and commission, which will be briefed during screening)
Tools & Reporting
  • A restaurant lead list will be provided.
  • All sales activity must be logged via our internal platform, Lark.
  • Pay slips will include performance reports and individual success metrics.
