What you will do:

  • Promote and sell new products to meet branch sales objectives and targets
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities
  • Provide quotations, technical support, literature, and other customer support materials
  • Identify market opportunities and tailor solutions to meet customer needs for new business development
  • Set and achieve sales goals, including revenue, gross margin, and account targets
  • Advise on pricing strategies to meet margin expectations while securing large or new accounts
  • Communicate proactively with Branch Management regarding customer relationships and issues
  • Collaborate with branch staff and provide feedback on market conditions and new products
  • Participate in trade shows, training, and product meetings as appropriate
  • Create weekly travel and call schedules with Branch Management

What you will bring:

  • At least two (2) years’ experience in a similar sales role with a proven track record, preferably in waterworks wholesale distribution
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and targets
  • Deadline-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Independent work ethic with efficient territory and account management skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Initiative and ability to work independently and within a team
  • Highly organized with excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities
  • Willingness to travel to client locations
