Job summary

UniFirst Canada in Red Deer is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our garment services client base in the local territory. You will identify new opportunities, visit businesses, present our value proposition, and close new accounts to drive growth.

The role offers uncapped commissions, a monthly bonus, a protected territory, and full benefits. You should have strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills, plus a valid driver's license and CRM experience.

Qualifications

• Outside business-to-business sales experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
• High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and time management skills
• Proficiency with computer, Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and CRM
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Acquire new business accounts in your specified territory
• Develop sales strategies and maintain high productivity levels
