About the Role
This role is all about trust, not transactions. Every day, prospective clients reach out to us requesting a sales visit. Your job will be to respond to those inbound inquiries and provide a thoughtful, knowledgeable introduction to Provident’s services. You will meet with homeowners, business owners, designers, architects, and contractors on Vancouver’s Westside, guiding them through how we design and deliver security systems that actually work.
Our clients expect more than standard alarms or DIY gadgets. They want to feel confident that their homes and businesses are protected by a company that understands discretion, quality, and professionalism. Your role is to help them see how Provident is different, without overwhelming them with technical jargon.
Most of the work involves upgrading existing systems and helping clients understand the gaps in their current setup. You will work closely with our in-house design and technical teams to ensure each system we propose is tailored to the client and delivered to the highest standards.
What We’re Looking For
We’re not looking for a pushy salesperson. We’re looking for someone who communicates with confidence, clarity, and kindness. You should be comfortable talking about technology, but more importantly, you should be comfortable explaining it in plain language. Your ability to build trust and connect with people is far more important than your technical knowledge—we can teach you that part.
Experience with high-end clients, luxury brands, or concierge-level services is a strong asset. A proven track record in relationship-based sales is essential.

Compensation
This is a full-time position based in Vancouver. Compensation includes a base salary, commission, and performance-based bonuses. Details will be shared with shortlisted applicants.
