Job summary

J.D. Irving, Limited in Atlantic Canada seeks an Outside Sales Representative to partner with contractors, understand their needs, and help plan construction projects.

You will produce quotes and material lists, follow up on deliveries, and aim to meet weekly, monthly and annual sales targets while building strong relationships with new and existing customers across Nova Scotia. You will grow the geographic sales area by adding new customers and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.

• Organized and able to manage changing priorities and meet deadlines
• Ability to quickly develop a trusting relationship with new customers and build rapport with existing customers
• Sales experience preferred

• A valid driver’s license is required
