Join our team as a Sales Representative, where you’ll learn how to prospect, pitch, and close deals while earning competitive, performance‑based pay.

This role is perfect for those who want to:

• Gain professional experience in sales and client relations

You’ll be directly responsible for driving sales of exterior home maintenance services, including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and polymeric sanding & sealing.

Day‑to‑Day Duties

• Generate and manage your own sales leads (door‑to‑door, cold calls, marketing initiatives)
• Conduct estimates and walk homeowners through service options
• Execute sales operations and enter deals into our CRM system
• Develop and test marketing strategies within assigned territories
• Work toward individual and team sales goals with coaching from the Sales Manager
