Job summary

Cintas Corporation in Kelowna, BC is seeking a Sales Representative for our Outside Sales team. You will prospector and qualify leads, manage client relationships, and meet weekly and quarterly sales targets while promoting workwear solutions and branding services.

You will use a CRM to close new business, coordinate with service teams, and participate in ongoing training to advance within a Fortune 500 company culture focused on customer success and professional image.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CMS is required.
• Prior sales experience (1 year+) and prior B2B sales experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, develop, and qualify leads within the assigned territory.
• Utilize the CRM to identify, prospect, close new business, and hit weekly sales goals.
• Manage weekly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
• Represent Cintas in a professional manner during in-person field visits.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
