Job summary

Valir Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our outpatient clinic in Elgin, OK. This full-time role offers hands-on care, patient-centered treatment, and opportunities to work with a diverse caseload in a collaborative setting.

We value clinicians who are licensed or eligible for licensure in the state and who bring strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.

Qualifications

• Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active state Physical Therapy or Physical Therapist Assistant license, or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized, evidence-based therapy to patients with orthopedic, neurological, post-surgical, and sports-related conditions.
• Document care accurately in Raintree EMR.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 50 visits per week with the support of AI-driven tools that help streamline and reduce documentation time.
• Contribute to a culture of clinical learning and peer support.
