Birchwood Automotive Group is seeking a Service Lot Attendant to support lot organization and maintenance, enhancing the customer experience at our Manitoban dealership. The role involves outdoor work in varying weather and an opportunity to learn the Service side of the automotive business.

Reporting to the Service Manager, we value teamwork and a strong work ethic. The position runs Monday–Friday 7:30–4:30 with alternating Saturdays and offers competitive compensation with benefits and growth

Qualifications

• High attention to detail and strong time management.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment with team support.
• Previous automotive service or sales experience is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation to work.

Responsibilities

• Support dealership appearance and lot organization/maintenance.
• Contribute to the customer experience at the dealership.
• Learn the Service side of the automotive industry in this role.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions as required.
