A large steel company in Hamilton, Ontario is seeking a general labourer for outdoor work from March to December. You will be responsible for loading, unloading, and lifting heavy objects, as well as cleaning work areas. Job description

We are looking for great people to join our team! Work for a large steel company doing outdoor work! This is a seasonal position that runs from March to December!

You will be performing general labour tasks such as loading, unloading, lifting heavy objects, and cleaning.

Pay rate

• $17.60/hour for your training shifts (first three shifts)
• $19.10/hour ongoing
• $20.10/hour after you reach 500 hours of work
• We pay weekly every Friday

Requirements

• Working up to 16 hour shifts occasionally
• Working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Working “on-call” with a day of notice before starting
• Available for all shift times (days and nights)
• Comfortable with working at heights / using ladders
