Internally, this role is referred to as Contact Management and focuses on outbound prospecting, customer qualification, and sales support for our Outside Sales team.

Your Tasks
  • Call 50+ contacts daily within A & B CUIDs to drive new customer engagement.
  • Research and qualify new customer accounts and key contacts
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify new sales opportunities and connect with potential customers.
  • Schedule appointments on behalf of the Outside Sales team to support territory growth.
  • Manage inbound and outbound telephone communication with professionalism and urgency.
  • Log all customer interactions including phone calls and emails in the CRM
  • Participating in networking opportunities with colleagues in Inside Sales and Outside Sales, as well as with customers, through LinkedIn and industry tradeshows.

Your Profile
