Job description

Penticton Regional Hospital is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join our thriving and growing medical community in the heart of the South Okanagan. This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced physician or new graduate looking to establish a rewarding practice in a supportive community setting with exceptional access to surgical resources and an enviable work-life balance.

Working alongside our established ENT specialist, you will provide comprehensive, patient-centred care to residents throughout Penticton and the surrounding South Okanagan region. The practice offers a diverse range of general Otolaryngology services, a busy outpatient clinic, and the opportunity to develop special interests while benefiting from strong referral patterns and a growing patient base.

One of the most significant advantages of this opportunity is the plenty of access to operating room and ambulatory care procedure time, allowing you to build an efficient, high-volume surgical practice without the lengthy waitlists and resource constraints often experienced in larger urban centres. This dedicated access supports both excellent patient care and meaningful professional growth.

Practice Highlights
  • Established, high-volume community ENT practice with strong and consistent referral patterns.
  • Plenty of dedicated operating room and ambulatory care procedure time, providing exceptional opportunities for surgical practice growth.
  • Access to the resources needed to deliver timely, high-quality patient care.
  • Opportunity to develop a comprehensive practice across a broad spectrum of Otolaryngology.
  • Collaborative and supportive medical community committed to excellence in patient care.
  • Welcoming environment for both experienced Otolaryngologists and new graduates.
