Job summary

Walmart Canada in Uxbridge, ON seeks an Over-the-Counter Associate to assist customers, maintain the OTC area, and support the Pharmacy team with accuracy and care. You will handle stock rotation, pricing, labeling, and ensure a clean, organized department while protecting confidentiality and providing excellent service.

This role starts at CAD 17.75/hour with potential growth within the Walmart pharmacy environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Stock rotation and shelf maintenance knowledge.
• Attention to pricing, labeling and product placement.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining patient confidentiality and follow all practices consistent with the Privacy Act.
• Maximizing department sales and profit with direction from the Pharmacy Manager.
• Rotating stock and checking for expired products.
• Zoning the department.
• Following proper procedures for ordering, clearance, markups/markdowns, pricing/labels.
• Keeping the area NC0 and clean of fixtures, debris, foreign objects, and liquids.
• Maintaining zero pricing errors (Scanning Credibility Program).
• Calibration of equipment used in the prescription filling process.
