Qualifications

• Registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with COTO.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MVA or WSIB rehabilitation (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of SABS, HCAI, OCF forms, and insurer communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, launch, and ongoing delivery of MVA and WSIB OT programs.
• Manage OCF-18s, OCF-3 collaboration, OCF-21 billing, Form 1s, and all HCAI submissions.
• Provide in-clinic and community-based OT assessments and treatment.
