Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Registered Nurse License and Nurse Practitioner Certifications required.
• Current DEA Registration Number if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Collect subjective and objective data for patient assessment.
• Order pharmacologic interventions and manage follow-up care.
• Facilitate patient referrals to community resources.
