The Organizational Development (OD) Consultant plays a critical role in leading and supporting systemic organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives. This role partners with executives, senior leaders, and business units to design and deliver evidence-based strategies that foster leadership excellence, enhance the employee experience, and enable the organization to achieve its mission through its people, structures, and culture.

Salary: $98,323 to $122,867 per annum (Salary Grade 13)
Successful candidates must reside in Alberta and be able to work in person from our Edmonton downtown office as required. Final candidates are required to undergo a security clearance as a condition of employment.
