Job description

Paradigm Consulting Group is in an active growth phase and securing talented consultants is a critical component of our success. We are looking for Organizational Change Managers to join our team. The role will be based remotely for our customer who are in Regina and Winnipeg. Kindly note candidates must reside in Canada to qualify.

Each requirement we receive varies, but the skillset may include:

  • Experience managing complex, integrated IT projects and teams
  • Experience working in a highly integrated business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, health care administration or equivalent and/or a Diploma in computer technology or equivalent
  • Prosci® Organizational Change Management Certification
  • Demonstrated supportive and participative leadership ability
  • Proven ability to provide support and training virtually
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and is capable of collaborating with a variety of stakeholders and team members
  • MS Office software proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio)
  • Broad IT knowledge
Duties May Include
  • Assess scope of the business change that will occur with the business transformation
  • Identify all stakeholders who are affected by the change; and all training that may need to be virtually done to those affected.
  • Understand the impact of these changes on each stakeholder group and the potential risks for adoption of the new solution
  • Assess, or coordinate the assessment of, readiness for these changes (organizational and user readiness)
  • Assess people related risks and develop related mitigation strategies
  • Develop change management strategies and detailed change management plans for the change initiative
  • Execute the change management plans by managing change management activities across all aspects of the project
  • Coach business/clinical leaders in change management principles and their practical application in a project context
  • Provide organizational change management support at the time of implementation and develop new approaches and resistance management plans as required to deal with adoption obstacles which may arise
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and tactics used to promote adoption
  • Collaborate with the business/clinical users in developing a post implementation reinforcement plan to increase the level of adoption of the new solution
  • Other duties as assigned
