Responsibilities

1. Performance Management

• Lead end-to-end performance management (goal setting progress tracking result application)
• Deliver monthly / quarterly Organizational Effectiveness Reports, including BU performance health diagnostics

2. Talent Infrastructure

• Key talent programs : High-potential identification, succession planning, leadership pipeline
• Employee growth initiatives : Promotion frameworks, engagement programs
• Training execution : Onboarding, compliance training, case study workshops

3. Culture Operations

• Organize quarterly town halls & annual leadership strategy sessions
• Lead internal culture publication (Rice Grains)
• Drive employee experience improvement projects

Requirements

1. Mandatory

• Fluent in Chinese (reading / writing)
• 3+ years in culture / organization / talent development
• Valid US visa (for occasional short-term travel)
