AtkinsRéalis is hiring an Organization Interface Manager - Maintenance to join our team in Toronto. This position will be based on our project site in the west end of Toronto building one of the most advanced, sustainable and passenger-friendly airports in the world.

Responsibilities
  • Provides specialist project management expertise to support the coordination of organizational interfaces and requirements.
  • Works collaboratively alongside the various airport departments to balance the impact from the LIFT Program and effectively meet demands upon the department.
  • Interfaces with various internal and external stakeholder groups to align the necessary consultations and approvals.
  • Works collaboratively with the wider program team to coordinate reviews, inspections, and approvals as required.
  • Provides updates and reports via the Delivery Cabinet and the Interface Management Group to effectively communicate interface risks and opportunities.

The ideal candidate
  • Relevant university degree in a related field along with 10 years of related experience in project / program management, including on large airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in large international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
  • Experience in asset management or exposure to multi-discipline capital maintenance programs is an asset.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver complex infrastructure projects and programs.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management and / or applicable technical areas to deliver complex projects.
  • Strong technical capability in all project phases, including design, planning, construction, operations, and maintenance preferably large aviation program/projects.
  • Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills including the ability to facilitate meetings / workshops with groups of stakeholders.
