Job summary

GFL Environmental Inc. is seeking an AZ/DZ Operator – Organics to support the liquids/organics team in providing exceptional service to clients.

The role involves safely operating equipment to assist in the collection of liquid and solid wastes and to ensure compliance with all GFL standards. You will operate motorized vehicles between client sites, handle tanker operations, and complete documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of driver/operator experience preferred.
• Must hold AZ/DZ license with air brake endorsement.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to obtain Nutrient Management Technician course.
• Ability to follow safety policies and compliance.
• Experience with mining/agriculture equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized vehicles to move material between client sites.
• Operate tanker and safety equipment per GFL standards.
• Complete pre/post trip inspections and required paperwork.
• Adhere to environmental and safety policies.
• Load and unload trucks; maintain records and logs.
• Interact with customers professionally.
• Willingness to train and learn licensing requirements.
