Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Organic Growth Manager to own search strategy for B2B clients in a fully remote role. You’ll shape technical roadmaps, content priorities, and the ranking story, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You’ll lead technical SEO, keyword strategy, content collaboration with writers and AI, and measurement in GA4, with a focus on multi-location and AI-enabled search results. Strong English on calls required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in SEO: you have run the audits and fixes yourself.
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

As Organic Growth Manager you own search for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the technical roadmap, the content priorities and the ranking story when the client asks what moved. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Technical SEO: crawl, indexation, site speed, schema and site architecture.
• Keyword strategy, on-page optimization and content priorities, with writers and AI producing the drafts.
• Getting clients found in AI search: Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity, alongside classic organic results.
• Links, local search and multi-location SEO where the client needs it.
• Reporting in GA4 and Search Console, and the quarterly roadmap for each client.
