Tim Hortons is seeking a Distribution Centre associate for an afternoon shift in Debert, Nova Scotia. You will pick, assemble and load food orders for shipment, using a pallet truck and manual methods as needed.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and adhering to production targets in a fast-paced setting. In addition to physical work, you will participate in continuous improvement, perform cleaning, and follow food safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a fast-paced, physically demanding role.
• Experience using a Powered Pallet Truck is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to work in ambient and freezer environments (-20°C).
• Good verbal communication and ability to read instructions.

Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, this position is responsible for actively participating in our Distribution Team to reach daily production targets. This includes manually picking required products and assembling them on pallets for shipping, assisting with clean up between shifts, and handling incoming and outgoing freight.This recruitment post is for full-time role based at our Debert Distribution Centre.
