A global remote team is seeking a part-time Order Entry Specialist to manage customer orders and provide support. Responsibilities include entering orders, coordinating with logistics, and ensuring accuracy. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong written communication skills. Flexible working hours (Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM–5:00 PM Eastern Time) with an emphasis on maintaining a high standard of customer experience.
This person needs to enter the orders we are receiving from the customers into the client's system. Take and input the information so that their shipping and fulfillment can pack and tag the order accordingly. Once the orders are shipped, they will then update the customers with the shipping information and tracking numbers using the portals and other tools.
