The service that we offer customers includes ensuring that our product displays are safe and easy to shop. We assist customers with picking and loading their products. To offer these services, we need associates who enjoy manual handling and physical work.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
  • Clarify and understand customers’ needs and take them to the best solution(s) for their projects.
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
  • Take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions.
  • Produce quotes, material lists, and follow up.
  • Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service.
  • Resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently.
  • Continually learn about products and market conditions.
  • Be flexible and happy to work various shifts as per store requirements.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and team player.
  • Sales and customer service experience is an asset.
  • Possess a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift 55 lbs.
  • Ability to work days/evenings/weekends (rotating shifts).
  • Ability to learn and operate the applicable computer system (D365) used to process orders.
  • 21+ years of age due to forklift requirement (In-house training provided).
