Job summary

Mint Green Group in Dorval, Quebec is seeking an experienced warehouse professional to perform order picking and forklift-driven put-away for clothing and footwear. You will operate an order-picker and scanner, support VAS tasks, and help maintain a clean, safe distribution center.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Order Picker Certification or Forklift License.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily put-aways when required.
• Drive an order-picker to pick items and use a scanner for accurate fulfillment.
• Assist the VAS team with folding, tagging, and packing tasks as needed.
• Support the warehouse team with general tasks such as cardboard disposal and cleaning.
• Keep equipment in good condition and report any maintenance needs.
• Follow Health & Safety procedures and contribute ideas to improve DC efficiency.

POSITION SUMMARY

Execute picking and put-away of clothing, footwear, through order-picker machines.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: Execute daily put-a-ways when required.

• Execute daily picking tasks by driving an order-picker and using a scanner.
• Execute daily put-a-ways when required.
• Support the VAS department team (Value Added Services) on daily tasks such as folding, ticketing, and packaging goods when required.
• Support the warehouse team on general work tasks such as cardboard disposal and cleaning.
• Keep the equipment in use in good condition (cleanness) and report any maintenance needs.
• Observe all the goods practices in terms of Health & Safety matters.
• Provide feedback and innovative ideas on building a more profitable Distribution Center operation.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 1+ year of experience operating a forklift in a warehouse setting.
• Order Picker Certification or Forklift License.
