A global engineering firm is seeking a full-time customer service representative to assist customers with purchasing and repairing Mechanical Seals. Responsibilities include managing orders, providing product recommendations, and ensuring delivery commitments. Candidates should possess a Mechanical Technologist/Technician diploma and have at least 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing setting. The role does not support remote work.
Education / Training: Mechanical Technologist / Technician College Diploma preferred
