Job summary

Sport Chek is seeking an Order Fulfillment Associate to be the heart of our store, ensuring orders are filled promptly, maintaining a clean stockroom, and helping customers.

You will review DOM reports with store management, manage stock levels, follow loss prevention policies, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while adhering to safety and physical requirements.

Qualifications

• Passion for active, healthy living and sports.
• Retail inventory, stockroom management, shipping receiving, and loss prevention systems and policies.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and moving heavy containers up to 80 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of sporting equipment is essential.
• Basic computer experience.
• Criminal record check required.

• Ensure all loss prevention and shipping policies are maintained and followed
• Review Distributed Order Management (DOM) reports with store management
• Maintain stockroom(s) and shipping receiving area to Sport Chek standard
• Ensure DOM supplies are in stock
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to support your team in achieving performance targets

Our typical hiring range is between $16.75 and $20.00 per hour. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
