A large engineering firm located in Mississauga is seeking an experienced Order Administrator to manage high dollar project purchase contracts. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, conduct supplier meetings, and mentor junior staff. The ideal candidate has a post-secondary degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement expediting, with knowledge of contract structures and supplier negotiations.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager, the Order Administrator is responsible for managing all aspects of high dollar project purchase Contracts. This includes ensuring that the delivery date is achieved, contract changes meet budgetary, technical and QA requirements set by the project and act as the primary administrator between all parties.
This role will be based in Mississauga, ON.
