Job summary

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Engage stakeholders and establish their respective ORAT workstreamand working groups.

Develops the respective Workstream plan in line with the ORAT programand in close collaboration with stakeholder SPOCs.

Identifies dependencies, key status and review milestones in line with theORAT countdown schedule.

Manages the resolution of all Workstream related issues, identifies andescalates any threats to the overall ORAT program to the ORAT Lead.

Coaching, mentoring, and supporting the career development of airport staff.

Develops the ORAT Transition Plan with all operational stakeholders.

Determines the airport opening strategy, promoting the option that minimizes risk as much as operationally possible and advises the ORAT Lead and Airport leadership on the recommended opening strategy.

Develops business continuity plans and fallback plans as part of the migration and transition plan.

Qualifications

Required Qualification:

Bachelors Degree with minimum 8 years experience inmanaging / leading large and complex programs.

Preferred Qualification:

10 years’ experience inmanaging / leading large and complex programs.

5 years of experience in a management position.

Strong organization and communication skills.

Previous experience ORAT program(s) is a must.

Ability to analyze and produce solutions to ORAT challenges in respective

workstream.

Demonstrable experience in managing stakeholder relationships and providing

management level reporting to enable effective decision making.

Thorough understanding of the aviation industry and more specifically, a good

understanding of wholistic airport operations is considered an asset.

ORAT experience in large international airport projects greater than CAD $500Mis an asset.

Additional Information

This position requires work on-site/out of the office 5 days a week.
