As an Oracle consulting specialist at PwC, you will combine broad consulting skills with in‑depth technical experience in the Oracle Cloud application. You will analyze client needs and implement Oracle Cloud technical solutions to deliver business outcomes, optimizing operational efficiency and achieving strategic goals.

Meaningful Work You'll Be Part of

As an Oracle Cloud Technical Lead, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, delivering technical solutions to complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Understand clients’ business drivers and technical requirements such as reports, integrations, conversions, and extensions as part of the client’s ERP transformation journey.
• Plan and design the best and most optimal technical solution, leveraging industry best practices and overseeing the Oracle Cloud design and build processes.
• Lead the technical architecture of the Oracle Cloud solution to meet the client’s business requirements.
• Participate in sales cycles to estimate technical delivery costs and efforts, present at client orals and presentations, and assist in drafting and finalizing Statements of Work.
• Lead initiatives to develop and improve the Oracle practice.

Experiences and Skills

• 5–8 years of progressive Oracle technical development, architecture, and leadership experience on Oracle Cloud application engagements.
• In‑depth experience as the overall technical lead/architect on Oracle Cloud engagements.
• Completed at least three end‑to‑end Oracle Cloud projects.
• Proven experience leading technical design, architecture, and implementation of Oracle Cloud applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including on/offshore resources, guiding technical development, integration, and deployment strategies.
• Proven experience developing technical blueprints and delivering comprehensive documentation to support seamless project executions.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud integration tools such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA, and REST and SOAP APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, HDL, and Fast Formulas.
• In‑depth understanding of emerging Oracle Cloud and AI technologies and trends to continually enhance the ERP transformation process.
• Experienced in technical delivery of Oracle ERP transformations across a variety of industries; asset‑intensive industries, public sector, or healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Effective communication with diverse individuals at various organizational levels.
• Leadership of medium‑sized teams.
• Interest in upskilling and adapting to new digital tools and trends.
• Strong written and oral communication skills and a quality mindset.
• Awarded certification in Oracle Integration Cloud or as an AI developer.

Salary Range

Salary range (British Columbia region): CAD 103,000.00 to 171,800.00 per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus payment. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
