Job summary

COFOMO in Montreal is seeking a Compliance and Security Specialist to lead financial reporting compliance within Oracle ERP cloud. You will design and implement risk controls, support audits, and train staff across the organization.

This on-site role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in ERP environments and cloud risk management. You will ensure least-privilege access and monitor segregation of duties in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial reporting compliance in Oracle environments, particularly with Oracle's cloud-based risk management applications.
• Master Oracle cloud risk management applications and Oracle cloud ERP.
• Know the processes and controls related to financial reporting compliance.
• Experience with the risk assessment and data analysis tools of Oracle's cloud-based risk management applications.
• Demonstrate a strong knowledge of ERP security controls, role design, and compliance monitoring.
• Experience working in an ERP environment.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle or Workday (an asset).
• Demonstrate creativity, initiative and motivation in solving complex problems; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement financial reporting compliance frameworks in Oracle ERP cloud.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks in financial reporting using cloud tools.
• Implement and monitor internal controls for financial standards and regulations.
• Support audits with documentation and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate compliance into business processes.
• Review, update and optimize financial reporting compliance processes.
• Develop and deliver training programs on financial reporting compliance.
• Design, configure, and monitor security roles to enforce least privilege.
• Identify, evaluate, and monitor segregation of duties conflicts and mitigations.
• Manage security roles and license utilization across ERP.
• Implement multi-factor authentication and single sign-on for ERP access.
• Develop dashboards to monitor ERP security and compliance.
• Align ERP security policies with COSO standards and regulations.
